Colligo CEO Tim Brady is passionate about the company’s mission to improve information governance for every organization around the world. Prior to acquiring the Colligoin 2019, Tim spent many years both covering and investing in the Canadian and US technology sectors with PictonMahoney Asset Management and RBC Capital Markets. Tim holds an HBA from the Ivey School of Business. Director of Research and Development

Andy directs research and development and serves as Colligo’s frontline to customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Applying a decade of experience advising businesses on how to best utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Office for productivity, Andy guides the product roadmap for Colligo’s suite of solutions. Michael Jenkins has over 35 years of senior leadership experience in the Canadian & Global Markets in private and public companies. His expertise includes global sales/distribution channels, In/Out product licensing and manufacturing. Michael was co-founder, chairman & CEO of a start-up medical device company where he led the company’s IPO, development and commercialization of clinically proven and approved (HC, FCA,EU) devices using the company’s proprietary thermal technology. Products developed and approved included devices for topical insect sting/bite relief and cold sore prevention. Michael has founded/co-founded over 20 companies. He’s worked in OTC Health, Rx, medical devices, natural health products, institutional healthcare and outdoor products/sporting goods.

Since May of 1998, Scott White has served as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Parlay group of companies (www.Parlaygames.com). Parlay was the first company in the world to develop and commercialize an online bingo gaming platform and maintain global clients and corporate affiliates throughout the world. Scott has participated in the online gaming marketplace as an investor, legal and strategic advisor, director, supplier and operator for more than 25 years and has served as a panellist and public speaker in many industry forums.

Prior founding Parlay, from 1990 to 2000, Scott served as the founding partner of a Toronto law firm where he was engaged as a lawyer, practicing in the areas of corporate/commercial law, administrative law and business law where he serviced a multinational, primarily corporate client base. Scott has created numerous private and public enterprises in Canada, the United States, Europe and Latin America where he has served and continues to serve as a director, officer and investor. He holds an HBA degree from the University of Toronto, an LLB from the University of Windsor, and maintains good standing as a practicing lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario.

Kevin Brady is a leader in the health and benefits field with over 35 years of experience. He’s held senior executive positions within one of Canada’s largest insurance companies as well as starting his own employee benefits company which merged with NFP in 2013. In addition he saw a need to help companies and employees with health solutions and therefore founded Advica Health. Advica Health assists companies and individuals by helping them navigate the very best health solutions locally and in the world.

Carl Mark

Chief Revenue Officer

Carl has been in the enterprise software sector of technology for 40 years. He was with Cognos Inc. for 15 years where he held positions in field sales, partner channel sales, and regional sales management. In 1999 Carl joined NCompass Labs as their Director of Canadian Sales and field operations. NCompass Labs was acquired by Microsoft in 2001 whereby he joined Microsoft Canada in a national industry specialist role for four years, taking on various roles in sales management. In 2005, Carl was co-founder and CEO of startup 90 Degree Software, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2008. His influence during the growth stage of these leading software companies took them from start-up through to multi-million-dollar companies. Carl then joined IBM where he managed the public sector software business for provincial government and healthcare until 2016. Most recently Carl was CEO of cloud software business provider Traqspera that builds construction field data capture capabilities. Carl was also one of the founding directors of Jones Soda Corp., a publicly traded company on TSX and Nasdaq. Carl is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Business Degree.

Joel is an Investor at Langdon Equity Partners in Toronto, where he focuses on partnering with and investing in the best small cap companies around the world. Prior to joining Langdon, Joel returned from two years in London where he was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Guardian Capital. Prior to Guardian Capital, Joel worked at RBC Capital Markets in Equity Research, which provided an opportunity to apply his scientific education (Master of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto) to healthcare equity research. Joel is a CFA Charterholder and contributes expertise in financial analysis and capital markets.

As Principal for Priority Solutions and as part of the IRAP Management Advisory Service partnership with the Institute of Certified Management Consultants, Heidi Hamilton has created leap-frog growth strategies for her clients since 2002. With more than 30 years of extensive and integral business, marketing and sales experience, Heidi has developed a full framework of Go-To-Market best practices which include sales and marketing processes, instruments, and toolsets, all of which have been implemented with remarkable success within various sectors and industries, helping her clients to realize their growth objectives.

Heidi conducts business and retains clients in throughout the globe, providing her with an opportunity to continually learn and appreciate cultural diversity in business – a topic in which she is passionately interested. She is also a Forum Chair with MacKay CEO forums and facilitates two CEO groups within the SME and startup sectors. She has supported more than five of her members to exit stage for their businesses.

Heidi has an MBA in Management Consulting from Royal Roads University, a Diploma in Financial Management from Damelin College and has studied Psychology and Communications. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has been bestowed the designation of Fellow, the highest award in her field.
