COLLIGO NETWORKS NAMED MICROSOFT AWARD FINALIST

Colligo Networks Among Three Selected Finalists in Security Category

Vancouver, BC, November 3, 2004 - Microsoft Canada's second annual Partner Program IMPACT Awards names Colligo Networks as a finalist for "Security Solution of the Year". The awards acknowledge the outstanding work resellers and solution providers are doing with Microsoft-based technologies and products to deliver virtually seamless solutions for their customers.

The IMPACT Awards include 20 categories that recognize top technology partners for excellence in solutions, customer service, community involvement and marketing activities. As a finalist, Colligo is recognized for its unique approach to authentication, the technology that reduces the risk of electronic attack, making peer-to-peer networks easy to use, yet highly secure. Colligo is the leading provider of instant networking software that enables mobile individuals and workgroups to securely communicate, exchange information, share resources and synchronize data, even if they do not have access to the Internet or corporate servers.

More than 300 entries were submitted by Microsoft technology partners from across Canada. "We are honored to have been selected by Microsoft as a finalist for this award," comments Barry Jinks, President and CEO of Colligo Networks. "This recognition reinforces the validity of our unique approaches to workgroup collaboration and security." The winners will be announced at a gala event in Toronto on November 9th, 2004
