Colligo Workgroup Edition 4.0 Awarded PC Magazine's 'Editors' Choice'
Colligo's Instant Networking Software Scores 4.5 out of 5 Stars in Review

Vancouver, BC, June 2, 2005 - Colligo Networks, Inc., the leading developer of "instant networking" software, today announced that PC Magazine has selected Colligo Workgroup Edition 4.0 as the 'Editors' Choice' in a review of collaboration tools for mobile users in its June 7, 2005 issue. This is the second time Colligo has been recognized by the magazine. In 2003, Colligo Workgroup Edition 3.3 was given PC Magazine's coveted Award for Technical Excellence for "Best Collaboration Software".

Commenting on the features in Colligo Workgroup Edition 4.0, Leon Erlanger of PC Magazine stated: "Colligo makes a breeze of setting up peer-to-peer wireless, wired or combination LANs.Once you're connected, Colligo provides easy tools for sharing files, printers, Outlook calendars (no Exchange server required), and instant messages. It all works and it's all very quick." He summarized the article by saying: "This is one of those wonderfully seasoned products where everything works the first time, without much effort."

Given a star rating of 4.5 out of 5, Colligo Workgroup Edition 4.0 was noted for some of its new features, including its added security - the encrypted IPSec link for folder sharing to ensure shared folders are not exposed to other users on a wireless LAN. Version 4.0 builds on the core feature set of Workgroup Edition 3.3, Colligo's flagship product that solves nomadic workgroup inefficiencies by enabling mobile teams working together in any location to connect via server-free, peer-to-peer wireless networks and then share data and communicate electronically.

"Colligo Workgroup Edition was designed for people that work out of the office in teams, therefore it needs to be extremely reliable, easy to use and require little or no IT support," comments Barry Jinks, President and CEO, Colligo Networks. "Gaining recognition from PC Magazine for not only for the technical merits of our product, but also for its user experience, speaks volumes about the capabilities of the Colligo team. Our products have been well accepted in markets such as accounting, management consulting, financial services, education and government. We believe the flexibility and usability enhancements in version 4.0 will enable us to expand within these markets and penetrate new ones as well."
