As a site administrator, you can easily make Colligo offline SharePoint solutions available to your users by putting a link on your site to the Colligo Reader install package on the Colligo site.  Users who need offline access to SharePoint on their laptops can then readily download the Colligo Reader client and self-provision the offline capability without any licensing hassles or cost concerns for IT.  Colligo can assist you with doing this if required (email support@colligo.com).
